Beyond the finances
Much has been written about outsourcing and a lot can be learned from case studies and white papers.
Typically, they address the long term financial impact on ROI, ROA, and EBIT. Others, address contracting and project oversight.
Little however, is written about organizational impact and even less about cultural differences.
