Whether converting a Carrier Life Administration System to another or an Agency implementing a leads tracking and case management system or website for the first time, Consilium Resources can get you there, on time, in scope and within budget.

Business Process Analysis: As a consulting partner we will assist you in the definition and documentation of the business processes. From these we will work together to determine the systems requirements and detailed specifications.

Solution Development: If you already have a target system we will work with the vendors technical specifications.

If you haven’t selected a system we will use the documentation gathered to create the selection criteria for the system. Depending on the scope and complexity of the system requirements this could include the entire RFI and RFP process.

Regardless, in close coordination with you we will develop the specification of an overall technical solution that addresses your business objective.




Now we are at the point where Consilium Resources experience is exemplified. Our project managers have been through this (literally) almost a hundred times.

Project Management: We can develop the entire project plan and manage the project from end to end. We will manage the project time lines, gateways, and approval and decision points.

Installation and Configuration: Our infrastructure engineers can perform all the on-site installation services including hardware installation, database administration, operating system configuration and software installation.

Conversion: Consilium can perform the actual conversion of data from one system to another, employing industry standard testing and quality assurance techniques.

Or, if the vendor is performing the actual data conversion we can work with you to develop the testing scripts, performance criteria, audit procedures and overall validation and quality assurance.

Software Modifications: In most cases the application vendor may have to perform the modifications – typically these are conditions defined in the vendor contract. However, where reasonable and allowable, Consilium may incorporate modifications to the system and perform related test and quality assurance to meet business requirements.

Systems Integration: You may have other systems which must interface with the new application; such as accounting systems, which exchange data either in a batch or real-time mode. We can develop the requirements, specifications, and perform the programming and quality assurance.
