Consilium Resources, LLC is seeking full-time Account Representatives for this start up company.
The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in direct sales of technology consulting and client and strategic partner management.
Being a start up, we will give careful consideration to those individuals that display a
desire to learn, and want to be a part of a ground floor opportunity.
The Account Representative will:
• Develop client accounts within the companies target markets
• Conduct sales activities
• Possess collaborative, team building, and business management skills
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to leverage strong personal contacts and consultative sales contacts
• Display evidence of the ability for the consultative sales process; selling solutions that compel customers to buy
Other activities include:
• Prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities
• Support the proposal development and submission process
• Contributing to business plan and revenue targets;
The position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Education Required: B.A. in marketing or a related field is preferred
Experience Required: recent experience in direct sales is preferred but consideration will be given for characteristics that match our company values.
This position is 100% commission -- based on very competitive percentages and sales target bonuses.
